Q: What is this promotion about?

A: myOwn are offering new members that join between 7th December 2018 and 31st January 2019 a myOwn Fun Pass to say thank you. The myOwn Fun Pass* unlocks hundreds of dollars of free, 2 for 1 and discounted entry at great activities and attractions.

*Activities and attractions are not available in SA, NT & ACT. Limited activities and attractions available in QLD, WA and TAS.


Q:  How do I qualify?

A: Join myOwn health insurance with AIA Vitality between 7th December 2018 and 31st January 2019. Once you have passed your 30 day cooling off period myOwn will send the policy holder a unique access code via email which you must use to activate your 12 month Fun Pass within 30 days of receiving the email or by 3rd May 2019, whichever is first. You will receive this email 1-2 weeks after your cooling off period.

NOTE - You will need to activate your myOwn Fun Pass within 30 days of receiving your access code email or by 3rd May 2019, whichever is first, otherwise you won't be able to access the Fun Pass.

Q:  What do I need to claim my chosen activity or attraction?

A:  

1. Use your unique access code supplied in your email from myOwn and visit www.rewardtank.com.au/myown.

2. Search and select the activity or attraction you want and follow the prompts to claim.

3. You will receive an email telling you how to redeem your eVoucher, follow the instructions and enjoy!


Q:  How many times can I use my unique access code?

A:  You may use the access code once a day for 12 months from activation of the Fun Pass or until 3rd May 2020, whichever is first.


Q:  Can I claim the same eVoucher for the same venue again? 

A: No its one eVoucher, per policy, per venue for the duration of the promotion, but you can select from many other attractions and activities listed. 


Q. I have not received my reward email, what should I do?

A. Please check your junk email folder for an email from funpass@tlcrewards.com. If it’s still not there, contact our promotional partner TLC Marketing, who will be able to assist. Email funpass@tlcrewards.com and they will get back to you within 3 business days. 


Q. How long is the myOwn Fun Pass offer valid for?

A. When you receive your 12 month Fun Pass unique access code you'll have 30 days or until 3rd May 2019, whichever is first, to activate it. Fun Passes are valid for 12 months from date of activation of until 3rd May 2020, whichever is first. If you don't activate within the above timeframe you will not have access to the Fun Pass.


Q. How long are eVouchers valid for? 

A. Your eVouchers are valid for 30 days from date of issue or until 3rd June 2020, whichever is first.

Q. Can the expiry date of my unique code be extended?

A. Unfortunately not, the expiry date cannot be extended.
